Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
  • 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and lightly mashed
  • 1 jar New Canaan Farms Strawberry Almond Jam

Directions

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, honey, and kosher salt. Beat on high speed until stiff peaks form and the mixture is thick and airy.
  2. Gently fold in the mashed fresh strawberries, leaving some pieces intact for texture.
  3. Pour half of the ice cream base into a metal loaf pan and spread evenly. Add dollops of the New Canaan Farms Strawberry Almond Jam across the surface, then layer with the remaining ice cream base.
  4. Spoon additional small dollops of jam over the top and use a knife to gently swirl, creating ribbons of fruit throughout the ice cream.
  5. Cover the pan tightly with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until fully set.
  6. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping. Serve and enjoy.
