Baked Apples with Pecan Honey Crème
Baked apples ask very little of you, and the kitchen smells wonderful while they're in the oven. Halve them, add a little butter and cinnamon, and let them soften while you clear the dinner plates. Just before serving, spoon our Pecan Honey Crème into the warm centers so it melts into a sweet, nutty sauce. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for dessert, or Greek yogurt for a slow weekend breakfast.
