New Canaan Farms is proudly based in Utopia, Texas – a small town with big flavors nestled in the Texas Hill Country.

We’ve been crafting gourmet jams, salsas, and sauces since 1979, hand-crafting over 60 different products in small-batches, using a rich density of high-quality fruits, vegetables and herbs.

Yes, we love visitors! We have a lovely company store at the entrance to our building at 941 Main Street, Utopia TX. This is open from Tuesday - Friday from 9am - 3pm for customers to browse and buy from our entire product range, or pick-up an order they had already placed online or by phone.

We are a lean and busy team and we’re always cooking so unfortunately we cannot offer tours of the wider facility. 

Our products are all fruit, vegetable and herb focused, with a very high concentration of whole ingredients in every jar. We cook everything by hand in small batches, ensuring that a high level of attention and care goes into every product we make.

Yes! All our products are made in small batches right here in Utopia, Texas.

Most of our products are gluten-free, but please check individual product labels or our website for specific allergen information.

All of our jams, salsas and sauces are vegetarian, and most are vegan. Only our Bacon Pepper Relish contains meat. Our Goat Cheese & Herbes de Provence mustard, Texas Pride Jalapeño Mustard, Three Cheese Artichoke Dip and Pecan Honey Crème are not vegan.

Yes, we offer two no-added sugar jams, Natural Strawberry and Natural Peach.

No, we use pecans and almonds in some products. All kettles and cooking equipment is thoroughly steam-cleaned and sanitized between each cook but we are not a nut-free facility.

You can purchase our products directly from our website, select retailers across Texas, and gift stores and gourmet-focused specialty stores nationwide. Wholesale customers can order by clicking on our ‘Wholesale’ tab on the Homepage.

Yes! We offer beautifully packaged gift boxes that are perfect for holidays, birthdays, or corporate gifts. We have a wide selection of curated boxes, standard and mini size. If you would like to create a different combination, give us a call and we’ll try to help you out! We can usually do this for orders of 5 boxes or more.

Yes, we offer shipping throughout the continental U.S. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected. Please see our shipping policy tab for more details.

If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We’ll work to make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
