I love a good jam with my toast in the morning and was excited to try the Texas Red Plum Jam recently. It was a wonderful change from the normal peach, strawberry, etc., and I love that this jam has so many other uses besides toast! I can't wait to try it in some baked desserts and even perhaps in a sauce to go with duck breast. Yum!
