Yes, flavored gourmet mustards can be a very different experience from standard yellow mustard. New Canaan Farms combines mustard with ingredients such as Kalamata olives and rosemary, sun-dried tomato and basil, Hatch chile, raspberry, balsamic, jalapeño, and goat cheese with Herbes de Provence. The other ingredients that we add tend to soften the sharp taste of mustard so it's much more accessible to non-mustard fans.

Our Hatch Chile mustard is a lovely blend of two different spices: the famous Hatch pepper and the sharpness of mustard. Together they blend into a mildly spicy (but not crazy hot), creamily flavorful mustard that's great with BBQ of all kinds, or as a spicy dip for crudités. How long does an unopened jar of mustard last?
New Canaan Farms jarred products are shelf-stable for up to two years unopened. Store mustard in a cool, dry place and check the individual jar for its best-by information.
