Directions

  1. Start With the Bowls: Place 3–5 small bowls or ramekins around your board. Add New Canaan Farms jams, jellies, salsa, or marmalades to each
  2. Add the Cheeses: Place cheeses near the complementary spreads to encourage easy pairing. Cut some cheeses in wedges, cube others, and leave soft cheeses whole for visual interest.
  3. Fold & Tuck the Meats: Arrange prosciutto in loose ribbons and fan the salami or sausage slices around the board for texture and fullness.
  4. Add Crunch & Color: Fill in the spaces with crackers, baguette slices, fruit, nuts, and fresh herbs. Aim for small, overflowing piles — it creates that “abundant but effortless” look.
  5. Finish With Something Sweet: Add a few clusters of dark chocolate or dried fruit around the edges. A drizzle of honey over the Brie next to the Lemon Fig Marmalade is especially good.
