Serves: About 6–8 people
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: None
Ingredients
- 2 packages Boursin cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. half and half
- ½ jar New Canaan Farms Jalapeño Jelly
- 1 Tbsp. fresh chopped chives, optional
- 1 (10 oz.) package wheat crackers, butter crackers, or your favorite crackers
Serve With: Multigrain crackers, pita chips, toasted baguette slices, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
Directions
- Add the softened Boursin cheese and half and half to a food processor or mixing bowl. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 20–30 seconds. Pause to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed to ensure everything is fully combined.
- Transfer the whipped Boursin mixture to your favorite serving bowl or platter and spread into an even layer.
- If your jelly is a little firm, warm it in the microwave for 10–30 seconds to loosen the consistency. Spoon the New Canaan Farms Jalapeño Jelly over the whipped cheese, adding more or less depending on your preferred balance of sweet and spicy.
- Sprinkle with fresh chopped chives, if desired. Serve immediately with crackers, pita chips, or your favorite dippers.
