Pear, Blue Cheese & Prosciutto Flatbread
Sweet pear, salty prosciutto, and tangy blue cheese sit on a layer of our Caramelized Onion & Garlic Jam, and the whole thing is out of the oven in about ten minutes. Cut it into wedges for Friday drinks or a game-day spread, or pair it with a green salad for an easy supper. Store-bought naan keeps it simple, which leaves more of the evening for the people you've invited.
