Ingredients
- 1 pound sheep’s milk or goat’s milk feta cheese, broken into pieces
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon New Canaan Farms Honey Habanero Rub, plus more for finishing
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup olive oil

Directions
- Add the feta, greek yogurt, Honey Habanero Rub, lemon juice, and olive oil to the bowl of a food processor.
- Blend for 1–2 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed, until the mixture becomes smooth, creamy, and fully combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if desired, adding an extra pinch of Honey Habanero Rub for more warmth and depth.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover, and chill for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
- Before serving, finish with a light drizzle of olive oil and an additional sprinkle of Honey Habanero Rub.
