Serves: 8–10 popsicles
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Freeze Time: 6–8 hours

Ingredients

Serve With: Fresh peach slices, toasted granola, a drizzle of honey, or as part of a simple summer brunch spread.

Directions

  1. Add the peaches, Greek yogurt, Fredericksburg Peach Jam, and cream or milk to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Pour the peach mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a little room at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks.
  4. Transfer to the freezer and freeze for 6–8 hours, or until fully solid. Overnight freezing will give the creamiest texture.
  5. To release the popsicles, briefly run the molds under warm water for a few seconds before serving.
  6. Serve frozen and enjoy.

Storage Tip: Store popsicles in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. For the best texture, keep molds or popsicles tightly covered.
