Pepper Bacon Jam & Hot Honey Pizza
Sweet, smoky, and a little bit spicy, this pizza puts our Pepper Bacon Jam to work as the base instead of red sauce. Melted mozzarella and sharp white cheddar cover a layer of caramelized onions and crispy bacon, and a drizzle of hot honey after baking ties it all together. It's a fun one for pizza night or a casual weekend gathering, and easy to build around whatever toppings your crowd likes.
