Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons New Canaan Farms Country Wholegrain Mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped or grated
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Serve With: Mixed greens, roasted vegetables, grain bowls, grilled chicken, salmon, or potato salad.
Directions
- Add the olive oil, Country Wholegrain Mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, lemon juice, and garlic to a small bowl or jar.
- Whisk or shake until smooth and fully combined.
- Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use. Whisk or shake again before serving.
