Rose Hibiscus Black Tea
Floral, lightly tart, and gently sweet, this Rose Hibiscus Tea is an elegant way to enjoy your favorite jellies. A spoonful of our Rosy Hibiscus Jelly melts seamlessly into warm black tea, adding depth, color, and a subtle floral finish. Perfect for slow mornings, afternoon breaks, or a simple treat any time of day.

Ingredients
- 5 rounded teaspoons (or tea bags) good black tea (Assam, Darjeeling, Keemun, or English Breakfast)
- New Canaan Farms Rose Hibiscus Jelly
- Lemon wedges or thin slices, optional
- Water
Serve With: Shortbread cookies, puff pastries, scones, or a quiet moment
Directions
- Bring a kettle of water to a boil. Warm a teapot by rinsing it with a little hot water.
- Add 1 quart boiling water and the tea to the teapot. Steep for 3–5 minutes, depending on desired strength.
- Strain the tea into preheated cups.
- Stir in Rose Hibiscus Jelly, about 1–2 tablespoons per cup, until dissolved. Garnish with a slice of lemon. Serve warm.
