Raspberry Jalapeño Poppers

These poppers bring together everything people love about bold, crowd-pleasing appetizers. Fresh jalapeños roast until tender while the cream cheese turns rich and smooth, all wrapped in crisp bacon for the perfect balance of flavor and texture. Finished with a drizzle of our Raspberry Chipotle Sauce, they become sweet, smoky, spicy, and just sticky enough to keep everyone reaching for another one straight off the tray.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Fill each jalapeño half generously with softened cream cheese, allowing the filling to rise slightly above the edges.
  3. Wrap each filled jalapeño with a half slice of bacon and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the bacon is browned and crisp and the jalapeños are tender.
  5. Transfer the poppers to a serving platter while still hot and drizzle generously with Raspberry Chipotle Sauce.
  6. Serve immediately.

Storage Tip: These are best enjoyed fresh from the oven, but leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 2 days and reheated in a 375°F oven until warmed through and crisp again.
