Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
· Frozen ready-made pastry, defrosted
· ½ cup New Canaan Farms East Texas Blueberry Jam
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly oil a small muffin tin.
2. Roll out pastry and cut circles to fit muffin cups. (Flower-edged cutters make them extra pretty, but any shape will do.)
3. Place pastry circles in muffin cups and fill about ¾ full with jam, leaving space at the top so it doesn’t bubble over.
4. Bake for about 15 minutes, until the pastry is golden and the jam is bubbling.
5. Cool in the pan, then gently transfer to a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
