Ingredients
- Frozen ready-made pastry, defrosted
- ½ cup New Canaan Farms East Texas Blueberry Jam
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly oil a small muffin tin.
- Roll out pastry and cut circles to fit muffin cups. (Flower-edged cutters make them extra pretty, but any shape will do.)
- Place pastry circles in muffin cups and fill about ¾ full with jam, leaving space at the top so it doesn’t bubble over.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, until the pastry is golden and the jam is bubbling.
- Cool in the pan, then gently transfer to a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
