Serves: 6-8
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20-25 minutes
Ingredients
· 1 whole brie
· 1 cup New Canaan Farms Cranberry Pepper Relish
· 1 sheet puff pastry, defrosted
· 1 egg, beaten (for basting)
Serve With: Crackers, toasted baguette slices, apple or pear wedges, and extra relish for spooning
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Cut the top rind off the brie and spoon the Cranberry Pepper Relish over the top. (Depending on the size of your brie, you may want to use the whole jar.)
3. Roll out the puff pastry and trim so it forms more of a square. Place the pastry on the prepared baking sheet and set the brie in the middle.
4. Wrap the brie like a parcel, gathering the pastry at the top and twisting it into a knot to seal.
5. Brush with the beaten egg and bake for 20–25 minutes, until the pastry is puffed and golden.
6. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
