Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons New Canaan Farms Raspberry Jam
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 shots gin
- Fresh raspberries and mint, to garnish

Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a small (8oz) mason jar
- Put on the lid and shake very well, until fully combined
- Strain and pour over ice in a glass of your choice (I love serving in a mason jar)
- Garnish with a fresh raspberry and a spring of mint
