Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 log of soft goat’s cheese (4oz)
- 3oz package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup New Canaan Farms Peach Salsa
- Fresh cilantro or chopped peaches, to garnish
SERVE WITH:
Warm pita triangles, crackers or tortilla chips
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350° (you can use a toaster oven for this)
- Gently toast the pecans in a small frying pan – you can do this dry or add a little oil, but keep an eye on them – they can burn quickly! Remove to a bowl to cool
- Combine the cheeses, then stir in the nuts
- Spoon mixture into a small attractive baking dish and spoon the salsa around and on top of the cheese
- Garnish and serve immediately with crackers, chips or bread of your choice
