Apricot Vodka Cocktail

Perfect for easy breezy summer entertaining, our apricot vodka cocktail recipe is delicious, refreshing and very simple to prepare

Ingredients

2 tablespoons New Canaan Farms Old Austin Apricot Jam
Juice of half a lemon
2 shots vodka
Slice of lemon or mint to garnish

SERVE WITH:
Cocktail nibbles

A jar of New Canaan Farms Old Austin Apricot Jam

Ingredients for an apricot vodka cocktail - New Canaan Farms Old Austin Apricot Jam, lemon juice and a bowl of apricots

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in a small (8oz) mason jar
Put on the lid and shake very well, until fully combined
Strain and pour over ice in a glass of your choice (I stayed with a mason jar)
Garnish with a slice of lemon, mint of anything that feels good
