Ingredients
¼ cup New Canaan Farms Mango Habanero Sauce
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
5 tomatoes, sliced into wedges
1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
5-6 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced into wedges
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cup pecan halves (toasted or caramelized are great!)
½ cup pitted black olives (optional)
Basil leaves, to garnish

Directions
- Whisk together the Mango Habanero sauce, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and pour into the base of the serving bowl.
- Build your salad, starting with the tomatoes and onion, followed by peaches, feta, pecans and olives, if using.
- Gently mix the salad, scattering in basil leaves towards the end so they don’t bruise.
- Serve with warm bread – it’s that easy!
