Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup New Canaan Farms Verde Chili Salsa
1/2 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
2 tsp lime juice
1 clove of garlic diced, or 1/2 tsp pre-minced garlic
dash of cumin
salt to taste
SERVE WITH:
Tortilla Chips or warmed pita bread
Directions
- Add all chopped ingredients to a bowl and sprinkle over the spices
- Gently mix in the Verde Chili Salsa until all ingredients are well combined
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips, warmed pita or as a side dish to any Mexican-inspired meal
