1 cans crabmeat
1½ cup breadcrumbs
½ red or yellow pepper, chopped
2 scallions, sliced
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 egg
¼ cup New Canaan Farms Gulf Coast Shrimp Sauce
Dash of salt and pepper
Serve with
Blanched green vegetables, lemon wedges and a little more Gulf Coast Shrimp Sauce!

Directions
- Heat oven to 420°
- Lightly oil a standard size muffin pan
- Thoroughly mix together all of your ingredients
- Spoon into the muffin pan evenly, and bake until cooked through and starting to turn golden and crispy on top
- Serve with lemon sedges, crusty bread and a fresh green salad
