Crab Cakes

No frying, no mess, just simple and healthy crab cakes, cooked in a muffin pan! New Canaan Farms Gulf Coast Shrimp Sauce adds gentle spice

Ingredients

1 cans crabmeat
1½  cup breadcrumbs
½  red or yellow pepper, chopped
2 scallions, sliced
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 egg
¼ cup New Canaan Farms Gulf Coast Shrimp Sauce
Dash of salt and pepper

Serve with

Blanched green vegetables, lemon wedges and a little more Gulf Coast Shrimp Sauce!

Directions

  • Heat oven to 420°
  • Lightly oil a standard size muffin pan
  • Thoroughly mix together all of your ingredients
  • Spoon into the muffin pan evenly, and bake until cooked through and starting to turn golden and crispy on top
  • Serve with lemon sedges, crusty bread and a fresh green salad
